The Warm Charlotte team has decided that, although this endeavor was designed to benefit local charities in need this winter, we are uniquely positioned to help victims and their families currently facing devastating loss from Hurricane Sandy. As such, we will be dividing evenly the financial proceeds collected on our WePay.com donation site between local shelters and the American Red Cross in an effort to support the men and women working to mend and warm the hearts and homes of our neighbors in New York, New Jersey and other areas hit hardest by Sandy. We ask for your support and donations – any amount helps, whether it’s $1.00 or $1,000.
